Common problems in elevator maintenance

　　(1) Elevator accident rescue is not timely. The elevator maintenance companies are messy and the maintenance level is uneven, which leads to the untimely rescue of the elevator. At present, there are many elevator maintenance companies in China, but due to improper market management, the maintenance level of each company is uneven, and the emergency capacity is poor, so that many maintenance and construction units cannot rush to the maintenance site in time after receiving the elevator fault, so as to miss the best rescue opportunity. In addition, a large number of maintenance units do not formulate emergency plans in advance, and often make temporary personnel arrangements after receiving notice. This has seriously affected the progress of rescue.

　　(2) The elevator maintenance market is chaotic. With the acceleration of China's urbanization and the extensive use of elevators in urban construction, the demand for elevators in the market is also increasing year by year. At the same time, it has driven the rapid development of its maintenance units, but the service quality of elevator maintenance is uneven. It is mainly reflected in that many companies do not have professional maintenance technicians, and do not have necessary equipment and maintenance quality assurance system. In addition, in order to create benefits or win over customers, some companies reduce the quotation for maintenance, but they cut corners on work and materials and replace inferior products with good ones.

　　(3) The quality of elevator maintenance team is not high. With the increasing demand of elevator maintenance market, many elevator maintenance companies have been established. This has led to the increasing market competitiveness of elevator maintenance, but the economic benefits have decreased a lot. Many professional maintenance technicians are leaving their posts more and more, while elevator maintenance and construction units do not pay enough attention to the training of professional technicians, and many new employees do not have high professional skills, do not fully understand the safety performance of elevators, and the maintenance progress is slow.

　　(4) Elevator users lack maintenance awareness. Although there are clear regulations in China, the maintenance work must be guaranteed once every 15 days in the process of using the elevator, and the maintenance contents are described and emphasized in detail. However, a large number of elevator users do not carry out maintenance on time according to the specified contents. The maintenance and maintenance work is not even carried out once a month. In order to cope with the inspection of relevant units, some user units only make a rough inspection in the process of elevator safety inspection, which is easy to miss some potential safety hazards in elevator operation.
